Return Policy


Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. To be eligible for a refund, products must be returned as new, unused, unwashed and resalable condition inside its original packaging. Sorry shipping charges will not be refunded. All customs orders, closeouts, clearance items, sales and coupon deals may not be returned.


Product will be credited to the payment method used for the purchase. While in most cases return credits will appear on your account within 24 - 72 hours, it may take up to 14 business days for the credit to post on your account. If the return credit was processed to your bank card it can take up to 30 business days for the credit to appear from your bank. Credit time frames may vary based on bank processing times.


Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items



If your shipment arrives damaged, missing items or is incorrect, keep all packaging materials and original boxes and contact us within 48 hours at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. for instructions. We will file the claim for you immediately. No returns will be accepted without authorization from us. There are no exceptions to this policy.


Cancellation Request


If you would like to cancel an order that has not shippied from the manufacturer, simply email us This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. We will submit a request to the manufacturer for cancellation. Shortly after, you will receive an email acknowledging your cancellation rewuest followed by another email either confirmimg the cancelation or stating that we were unable to cancel. Please allow up to 72 hours for confirmation of cancellation. Once an order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you would like to return the item, you will need to follow the "Return Policy." Items that are custom made or built-to-order cannot be cancelled.




Delivery times can vary for each product based on the delivery location and the size of the product. Please allow 4-6 weeks for larger items purchased. Our deliveries for larger items, ie furniture will be schedled on a Wednesday or Thursday. All smaller items on a Monday, Tuesday or Friday. We will call prior to arrival to arrange a date and time. Furniture delivery will be an additional $75.00. We also provide  white glove delivery which will include assemble, install and remove cartons at an additional $105 per hour. Alternatively, you can arrange you own pick up service, so please notify us in advance of this arrangement.
